Does this require a separate server or infrastructure?
No. Cert is a managed Power Platform solution (.zip deploy). It runs inside your existing Microsoft 365 / Power Platform environment. No IT project, no new servers.
Do I need my own Microsoft Power Platform licence?
Yes. Cert runs inside your Dataverse / Power Apps environment, so your organisation needs the appropriate Microsoft licences. These are not included in the Cert subscription. If you need help sourcing Power Platform licences, we can assist — just ask.
What modules are available?
Three modules: Cert GloBE (Safe Harbour + Full GloBE Calculator + Side-by-Side), Cert GIR (GloBE Information Return XML filing), and Cert CbCR (Country-by-Country Reporting). Buy individually or bundle all three as Cert Complete for a 25% discount.
Can I start with one module and add more later?
Absolutely. Most clients start with Cert GloBE, then add Cert GIR when filing season approaches. Adding a module mid-term is pro-rated to the remaining licence period.
Is it OECD-compliant?
Yes. Every calculation cites the OECD article it references. The Safe Harbour tests implement Article 9.4 of the GloBE Model Rules. The GIR module generates OECD-schema-compliant XML. Transitional ETR rates are updated by fiscal year.
Can we import data from our existing systems?
Yes. Cert imports from any source — SAP, Oracle, HFM, HTP, OneStream, the OECD GloBE CSV template, or a custom format. You define the account mapping once; Cert handles the rest.
What happens at licence expiry?
Your data stays in your Dataverse environment. You retain read access to all historical CalcRuns and results. Calculations are disabled until the licence is renewed.
What does the free trial include?
Full access to every module — GloBE, GIR, CbCR, data import, dashboards — for 30 days. No credit card required. At the end of the trial, calculations are disabled but your data remains in your Dataverse environment.
Is there a volume discount?
Yes — it's built into the tiered pricing. The per-jurisdiction rate decreases as your jurisdiction count increases, from GBP 1,000 down to GBP 350. The Cert Complete bundle adds a further 25% discount.
Can we add or remove jurisdictions?
Yes. Adding jurisdictions mid-term is pro-rated to the remaining licence period. You can remove jurisdictions at renewal. Contact hello@cert.tax to adjust your licence at any time.
Do you offer multi-year licences?
Yes. We offer discounted rates for 2- and 3-year commitments. Contact hello@cert.tax for a multi-year quote.
Will prices increase?
Prices are fixed for the duration of your licence term. At renewal, prices may be adjusted, but we will always give you advance notice. Early adopters benefit from the best rates.
Can you invoice in currencies other than GBP?
Yes. Prices are listed in GBP, but we can invoice in EUR, USD, or other currencies on request.
Are prices inclusive of VAT?
No. All prices shown are exclusive of VAT. UK customers will be charged VAT at the prevailing rate. Customers outside the UK are generally not charged UK VAT.
